How WordBench works

WordBench is a voice analytics application that converts audio into searchable text and compressed audio, then organizes and archives the data to be analyzed in an intuitive web interface. The information is stored in a database where the audio can be searched and analyzed for compliance, insights, and agent performance. WordBench processes audio in near real-time and can handle up to a million calls per day. It offers the ability to drill down to specific call categories for analysis and features automatic topic discovery.

WordBench employs the latest in machine learning and deep learning technology, to convert speech to text, separate speakers, classify emotional state, and categorize text. WordBench monitors directories of audio files, either single or dual channel audio with one or two speakers and converts them to compressed audio and transcribed text. The audio is transcribed with Voci's accurate V-Blaze speech to text appliance and fed back into WordBench for analysis.

WordBench is offered both in the cloud and on premises appliance. Once WordBench is setup, users can log in and begin analysis of their audio. Detailed features of WordBench can be found in the help section.
